For Larger, more complex installations, we provide a complete suite of services to help you implement your project.  We can begin with a Business Process Review where we come on site and work with the various departments to establish good processes and bubble up any customization requirements.   We manage the project, do the custom work, implement the interfaces to other criminal justices systems, convert the data and do the training.  Everything is task and objectives based with regular follow up and simple bullet lists of tasks for each stakeholder.  We also provide you the option to take on some or all of the development yourselves to save budget, reduce risk and enhance control.

For Small organizations, you can get going quickly with no cost at all.  We can train over the Internet and walk you through every phase of implementation at a pace that suits you.  We also have video training you can use any time and it is available by topic so you don’t have to wade through information to get to what’s important.    These video aids are great for use as primary training, off hour training or refresher training.  The product is already set up with everything a small office needs.  You just add your users.

We also have simple checklists to walk you through the few tasks necessary to go live quickly.  Small data conversions are a snap.  We have many installations that are less than 10 users, so we know how to get you going quickly.
